Would you trust this company?

A van belonging to a rather unfortunately-named company (at least, to those familiar with the local dialect), seen alongside a bus in Leith Walk, Edinburgh, on 14th May, 2010.

I saw this massive erection on 14th May, 2010, near the Ocean Terminal in Leith. What I'd like to know is how building a 'tram' can cause so much disruption. I think what they actually meant to say is 'We are building a tramWAY for the city'; trams being fings wot run on tramways.
