My Roland VS-880 digital studio, which rapidly became outmoded due to the advent of computer-based virtual studio software, 31st July, 2006. I paid £1,000 for it, but made very little use of it as it was ridiculously complicated to operate, and got only £100 for it when I sold it. Not one of the best moves I've ever made.
