Chinese Burn, Sad Society and Age of Chaos at The Cricketers' Arms, Kennington, London

The final date of the tour was at The Cricketers, Kennington, London, on 30th October. After arriving at the venue, we spent the afternoon wandering around Trafalgar Square and Soho. The gig at The Cricketers took place as planned, but it was a bit of a washout. The place was almost empty, Sad Society were greeted with total indifference once again, and it was no consolation to hear that both The Exploited and the Subhumans were playing elsewhere in London that night. I'd already decided I'd had enough by this point, and performed the gig with the best 'fuck the lot of you' pose I could summon up. In the end we'd only played four dates out of the seven we were booked to play. The whole thing was a disorganised shambles and I ditched Sad Society in disgust at the end of it.
